If my flight is not canceled, will I get a refund for Fast Refund?
No. The Fast Refund service is non-refundable.
What happens if only one segment of my multi-segment reservation is canceled? How does Fast Refund apply in this case?
If the reservation consists of multiple flight segments, only the value of the segments that have been canceled or modified will be refunded.
If I have purchased other services from Vola.ro after paying for the reservation, will the cost of those services also be refunded if my flight is canceled/modified?
Yes, the value of additional services purchased after the reservation will be refunded, even if the value of Fast Refund does not cover the total cost of the reservation.
Will I receive the money in my account the next day?
Vola.ro commits to transferring the amount to your account within one business day. The money will reach your account once your bank processes the transfer.
